Once your policy term is complete your telematics box will automatically be disconnected. However, if you wish for the fixed device to be removed after the policy term is complete, there will be a third-party charge for removal. Alternatively, if you have a self-fit device, once your policy term is complete, you will need to remove the device from the vehicle yourself.
