Cancelling Your Policy

    • You can cancel your policy at any time you choose.
    • We cannot accept any requests to backdate your cancellation request.
    • All cancellation requests need to be within a 7 day period from today’s date.
    • If your Private Car or Commercial Vehicle policy is due for renewal within the next 30 days, please send a message via email to [email protected].

    • You will forfeit any No Claims Discount you have earned during the period you have been insured.
    • You must find another provider for you vehicle insurance or SORN your vehicle with the DVLA. It is an offence under the Road Traffic Act 1988 to leave, drive or otherwise use your vehicle on a public highway without valid insurance cover being in force, unless you’ve registered your vehicle off the road (SORN) with the DVLA by visiting https://www.gov.uk/.
